I have been seeing Lauren for over two years now, starting several months prior to my Gastric bypass surgery(20 months ago), and she is everything you can hope for in a nutritionist and more! She has always been supportive, and completely, 100% non judgmental. She worked with me in figuring out ways to meet my daily food and liquid goals that realistically fit into my daily lifestyle. Her assisting in finding ways that work with my schedule at all stages of this journey has enabled me to loose and maintain a loss of over 191 lbs.
